W.S. 17-29-104(e) lets an individual whose occupation requires a Wyoming license form an LLC if the licensing statutes and the licensing board's rules do not prohibit it; the LLC may offer professional services only through licensed members or employees, who remain fully responsible for their own professional acts. The Mental Health Professions Practice Act (W.S. 33-38-101 to 33-38-202) and the Mental Health Professions Licensing Board rules (Chapters 1 to 20) contain no such prohibition, so an LLC is available.
