How partner links work.
Some setup steps mention tools that other companies sell. This page says how we are paid when you use them, and what we never do.
What we earn
When a tool is marked Sponsored, SyncedUp earns a referral fee if you sign up through our link. The fee is paid by the partner. It does not change your price, and we do not pass any of it on to you or keep a discount from you.
What never changes
- The free, official option always comes first, and nothing in setup is locked behind a partner.
- Partner offers appear only on the screens you use to run your business. They never appear to your clients, in the client portal, on your booking page or on your practice website.
- An EIN is free from the IRS, so you will never see a paid offer for one.
- Partners are listed alphabetically. The order is not based on what we earn.
- We do not give quotes, coverage advice or recommendations about insurance. An insurance link only takes you to the licensed company, and each state turns on only after that company confirms in writing that the arrangement is allowed there.
Not legal, tax or accounting advice
Partner tools for business formation, registered agents, bookkeeping, taxes and payroll are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney or accountant. Check your own state’s rules and your own situation with a licensed professional before you choose.
Your data stays here
We never share client information, notes, schedules or payments with a partner. We do not collect a Social Security number anywhere. When you click a partner link, we count the click (which partner and which step) without recording who you are or which practice you belong to. To avoid counting the same person twice in a row, we turn your connection details into a one-way code that changes every day. We store only that code, never the details themselves, and it cannot be traced back to you. We cannot see whether you bought anything. The partner tells us only what it needs to pay us.

No partner links are live yet. When one is, it will be listed here with how we are paid, before you ever see it in the app.
Control and privacy signals
The practice owner can hide partner offers in Settings, under Practice. When offers are hidden, no sponsored cards appear.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not count your click at all. Questions? Email support@syncedupsolutions.com.
