The problem

You trained to be a therapist. Not a billing department.

Opening a private practice means becoming a bookkeeper, a web designer, a scheduler and a records clerk before your first client walks in. The work you are good at gets squeezed into whatever time is left.

Built with therapists

Made by people who run a practice every week.

SyncedUp Therapy is built with two practicing clinicians. Their real weeks of sessions, notes, paperwork and billing decide what goes in, and their clinical packs ship inside the product.

Maternal Mind & Wellness · Boca Raton, Florida

    Perinatal and postpartum mental health

How it works

Three steps from a blank page to a working practice.

No long onboarding call. You answer questions in plain language and we do the setup work.

  1. Step 1: Answer the Practice Builder

Ten short steps: your license, your niche, who you serve, how clients pay, your fees, paperwork, schedule, website and how you get paid. Stop and pick it up later.

  2. Step 2: We build your practice

Your fee schedule, intake paperwork, booking page and website are drafted from your answers. You read it and change what you like.

  3. Step 3: Run your day from one screen

Sessions, notes, payments and clients live on one Today screen, with an assistant that preps you before each session.

Practice Builder step 4, how do you want to get paid: three cards compare private pay, hybrid and in-network rates against your income goal and weekly hours.Practice Builder step 4, how do you want to get paid: three cards compare private pay, hybrid and in-network rates against your income goal and weekly hours.

Features

Everything a solo practice needs, in one app.

These are real screens from the product, with a sample practice and fictional clients.

Today

Your Monday on one screen.

Every session is a ticket: who, when, and what to read first. Your morning brief and open tasks sit right under it, so you start the day knowing what matters.

  • Session tickets with a note on each client
  • A morning brief from your assistant
  • Tasks that surface themselves
The tasks board under today's sessions: urgent, due today and message cards in color, next to a dark panel with the assistant's morning brief and two reply buttons. The tasks board under today's sessions: urgent, due today and message cards in color, next to a dark panel with the assistant's morning brief and two reply buttons.
Notes

Notes from your shorthand. You sign.

Type the way you think. Fragments are fine. The assistant lays out a DAP, SOAP or BIRP draft from what you wrote. You edit it, then sign and lock. Later changes go in addenda.

  • Drafts only from what you typed
  • Marks what you did not say instead of guessing
  • Signed notes are locked

Drafts only from what you typed. Never from a recording.

Notice the bracket: it asked for your assessment instead of inventing one.

Money

Get paid without chasing.

Keep a card on file, take partial payments, and make a superbill in a few clicks. Good Faith Estimates for self-pay clients are tracked so none slips past the first session.

  • Card on file and partial payments
  • Superbills clients can send to their insurer
  • Good Faith Estimates done right

Measures

Know who needs you.

Track PHQ-9, GAD-7 and EPDS over time. When a score crosses its cutoff, you see it in plain words before the session. These are screening scores, not a diagnosis.

  • Charts for each client
  • Cutoff flags that never hide behind color alone
  • Surfaced on Today before the session
A client's EPDS chart: a line over six weeks crossing a dashed cutoff at 13, with a plain alert reading 'Latest EPDS is at or above the cutoff of 13'.A client's EPDS chart: a line over six weeks crossing a dashed cutoff at 13, with a plain alert reading 'Latest EPDS is at or above the cutoff of 13'.
Grow

Grow without becoming a marketer.

A website built from your answers, an SEO checklist that says what to fix in plain language, and blog ideas you approve before anything goes out.

  • Your site, drafted from the Practice Builder
  • A nine-point SEO checklist
  • Nothing is published until you say so
The Grow screen: a preview of a therapist's website with a blue hero and a list of services and fees, beside an SEO checklist where every item passes. The Grow screen: a preview of a therapist's website with a blue hero and a list of services and fees, beside an SEO checklist where every item passes.
Brand Studio

Find your niche.

A short quiz about your training, what pulls you and what the market needs. You get a niche shortlist, an ideal client and a brand voice to use on your site.

  • Six short sections
  • A shortlist, not a lecture
  • A voice you can edit
The Brand Studio quiz: 'Who do you love working with?' with a list of modalities to pick from such as CBT, DBT and EMDR.The Brand Studio quiz: 'Who do you love working with?' with a list of modalities to pick from such as CBT, DBT and EMDR.

Privacy and trust

Client records deserve better than a spreadsheet.

Built for the privacy rules therapists work under. Here is what that means in the product.

Encrypted

Client records are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Every action is logged

Signing a note, adding an addendum, recording a payment: each one leaves a time-stamped audit entry.

Signed notes stay signed

Once you sign, a note is locked. Later changes go in as addenda, so the original is never overwritten.

The AI works for you only

The assistant is for you, not your clients. It never talks to them, and it drafts only from what you type.

Your data is yours

You own your records, and you can export them. Leaving does not mean losing your work.

You stay in charge

Nothing is signed, sent or published without you. The assistant suggests and you decide.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I switch from SimplePractice?

Yes. Add your clients and upcoming sessions here, then close the old account when you are ready. There is no importer yet, so if you have a long client list, email us and we will help you move it.

Keep your old records for as long as your state requires. Moving to a new system does not change that.

Do you take insurance?

SyncedUp Therapy is built first for cash-pay practices: card payments, superbills your clients can send to their insurer, and Good Faith Estimates for self-pay clients.

Insurance eligibility checks and claims are rolling out on the Growth plan. They are not finished yet, and we will not sell them as if they were.

How does the AI handle client privacy?

The assistant is for you only. It never talks to your clients. It drafts a note only from the shorthand you type, never from a recording, and it marks anything you did not say instead of guessing.

To format a draft, your shorthand is sent securely to an AI model provider. You can use initials or first names in your shorthand. You read, edit and sign every note, and signed notes are locked.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay monthly and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Founding members keep their $49 a month rate for as long as they stay subscribed.

Which states do you support?

SyncedUp Therapy is built for therapists in the United States. You pick your state when you sign up, and the Practice Builder uses it. Where you may practice is set by your license, and that stays your call.

What happens after the trial?

Your trial lasts 14 days. On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you picked. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

Can I get help setting up?

Yes, three ways. The Practice Builder walks you through each step. You can email support@syncedupsolutions.com with a question. Or choose Done-for-you setup: $499 one time, where our designers build your brand and website and finish the Practice Builder with you on a call.
