Draft, final version before launch. Last updated October 6, 2026.

Privacy, in plain language.

SyncedUp Therapy holds sensitive information for therapists and their clients. This page says what we collect, why, and what you control. A lawyer will review the final version before launch.

Who we are

SyncedUp Therapy is a product of SyncedUp Solutions LLC, 4613 NW 118th St, Coral Springs, FL 33076.

What we collect

  • Your account details: name, email, practice name, state and license information you enter.
  • Your practice records: clients, sessions, notes, measures, payments and messages that you or your clients enter.
  • Billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic usage and security logs, such as sign-in times and the audit trail of actions in your practice.

How we use it

  • To run the product for you: scheduling, notes, payments and the Practice Builder.
  • To keep your records secure and to show you who did what in your practice.
  • To email you about your account, billing and important changes.

We do not sell your information or your clients' information.

The assistant

The assistant is for the therapist only. To draft a note, the shorthand you type is sent securely to an AI model provider that processes it to return the draft. The assistant does not listen to sessions and does not talk to your clients. You review and sign every note.

Your clients' records

You own the records you keep here. You decide what to enter, what to share and when to delete or export it. Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Signed notes are locked, and changes after signing are kept as addenda.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, payments and email delivery, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your account information at any time. Email support@syncedupsolutions.com.

Changes
