Connect Claude or ChatGPT to ask about your practice details and services. A SyncedUp Therapy account and active practice access are required.
- Read your practice name, state and timezone
- Read your service list, durations and fees
- Find the right place in SyncedUp Therapy to complete a task
Patient records, notes, recordings, messages, appointments, financial records and uploaded files are excluded. The connector cannot create, sign, send, change or delete records.
Use the same connector URL in Claude and ChatGPT. Sign in to SyncedUp Therapy and approve the account and practice you want to connect.

- Open Claude on the web or desktop. In Settings, open Connectors and add a custom connector.
- Name it SyncedUp Therapy and paste the connector URL.
- Connect, sign in to SyncedUp Therapy, confirm your account and practice, then allow access.
ChatGPT
- On chatgpt.com, open Plugins and add a custom MCP server. Availability depends on your plan and workspace settings.
- Name it SyncedUp Therapy, paste the connector URL, and choose OAuth sign-in.
- Create and install the custom plugin, sign in to SyncedUp Therapy, then approve your account and practice.
After connecting on the web or desktop, use your assistant's connected tools on supported mobile surfaces. Workspace owners may need to allow custom connectors first.
